How I handle stress…

Stress is a normal thing of life. I believe if you don’t have stress or obstacles you can’t develop as a person. But sometimes it’s too much for anyone to handle. We all know working out is great for stress but being an adult isn’t easy. Finding that time to workout consistently can be difficult. What I did was to make time for it. I wake up 230am or 3am to get my day started each day. Early bird gets the worm.
Yes I know it’s crazy but that’s what I have to do. I prefer waking up that early to workout for two reasons. One, I get to workout with no one around, giving me peace since no one takes up the machines or equipment I want to use. And two, it allows me to think and de-stress. I’ve developed a lot of ideas and just did a lot of planning during my early morning workouts.
These effects of my early morning workouts have really helped reduce stress in my life greatly. Currently I am in the process of selling my house and buying another one, I have a 16 month old baby boy that I want to be around more, and trying to build my business. These don’t seem so bad as I typed them down but the minor details to handling these issues can be frustrating.
This is how I handle my stress and process everything around me. Some people might do more of their thinking on the potty lol. As a personal trainer I am going to say, go workout it will help handle stress. But it might not help you. Find what puts you at peace. Some of my clients workout but still do mediation to relax and de-stress. Having a clear mind, leads to better ideas, which will lead to better ways to tackle problems and stresses that affect you on a daily basis.
